Jimmy benching 325 – sweet!

1) 4th, final wod:
Mens rx: top 9 athletes will move on to this 4th wod.
Womens rx: top 6 athletes will move on to this 4th wod.
Mens scaled: top 3 athletes will move on to this 4th wod.
Womens scaled: top 6 athletes will move on to this 4th wod.

There will be 3 scored events in the final for both female/male rxd divsions.
There will be 2 scored events in the final for both female/male scaled divisions.

Male/Female rxd 4th wod:

28 minutes:
0-20 minutes: Wod 4A and 4B
20-23 minutes: 3 minute rest period
23-28 minutes: wod 4C 

4A) 1.5 mile run. Example score- 10:23

4B) In the remaining time for this example athlete(20:00- 10:23= 9:37), they will perform as many reps as possible of the following(in 9:37)

7 snatches 155/85
7 muscleups
5 snatches 175/105
5 muscleups
3 snatches 185/115
3 muscleups
-then if this athlete finishes all 30 of the above reps and still has time left on the clock, they continue to work, performing as many reps as possible of the following:
4 clean and jerks 225/135
4 weighted pistols 70/35
6 clean and  jerks 225/135
6 weighted pistols 70/35
– there are 50 total reps an athlete can perform. If the athlete finishes all 50 reps before the 20 minute mark, there score will be the time it took them to finish the 50 reps(example- taking the example athlete with the 1.5 mile time of 10:23: this athlete finishes the 50 reps at the 19:45 mark, his score is 9:22 for 4B). If the athlete doesnt finish all 50 reps, then there score will be the amount of reps they complete before the clock strikes 20. Obviously the athletes score of 9:22 would be first(for 4b) and the athlete score of 44 reps would be second(for 4b).

4C) 5 minute workout that will leave no doubt as to who will be a serious force to reckon with come March. Score will be total distance in feet. Details released on gameday.

-all 3 events(4A, 4B, 4C) in workout 4 will be scored equally.

 

Mens/Womens scaled divsion:

18 minutes:

4A) 1.5 mile run. Example score-  12:51

4B) In the remaining time for this example athlete(18 minutes- 12:51= 5:09)they will perform as many reps as possible of the following(in 5:09):

Ground-to-overhead 155/85
