Today is the day that we can start registration for the Crossfit opens. Last year at this time we had just started work on Southington Crossfit, to see what we are NOW is absolutely AMAZING! This year lets get as many members as possible to register and share in the fun. The opens go on for 5 weeks starting the week of March 6th. Each week CrossFit will post a workout for that week, lets plan to do these workouts on Saturday AM – throw down style! So if you are new to our family or if you have been around from day 1, One word- “REGISTER”, lets all get together and have a blast with this years Crossfit Opens!!!
