A big piece of toes to bar is being able to control the movement and avoid the pendulum swing that will throw you off a rythm. I like this video for two reasons;
1. It gives a clear physical example of the term active shoulders on the bar. Watch and listen for this cue. Thus is the shoulder activation you want on each pull up, T2b and over head bar movement.
2. It breaks down the T2B movement into clear distinct pieces which I find easier to focus on (either all at once or one at a time) as well as a great ground drill for mastering the movement.
