When it comes to lifting, there are several different movements we use to accomplish different things; strength, speed, and power to name a few.  Knowing which move you are completing is an important step in making gains towards your goals.  Presses, push presses,  and push jerks (aka power jerks) are three different methods for getting the weight over head, and while they all seem the same there are very key differences that make each their own.
