Improving Olympic lifts is about consistency.  There are times when loading up the bar bell for a 1RM is a good idea, and there are times when you need to dial it back.  Being so technical each session needs to be as close in form (and correct form) as possible.  Here are some examples of 4 drills- snatch deadlift, snatch pull, clean deadlift, and clean pull- to train for better lifts.
