It’s almost summer time! Do you know that means?! Vacation time!! But just because we go away on vacation, that doesn’t mean we have to stop working out. I know it’s difficult to come up with a good CrossFit WOD when you’re in a small hotel gym or if you are at a rest stop on a road trip. So here are a few I found that work really well.

  • *Annie- Double-unders and Sit-ups at 50-40-30-21-10 rep rounds for time.

    *Run 800m and 50 Air Squats 3 Rounds for Time

    *10 Pushups, 10 Sit-ups, 10 Squats  10 Rounds for Time

    *200 Air Squats  For Time

    *Run 200m, 10 Squats, 10 Push-ups  5 Rounds for Time

    *Run 200m, 25 Push-ups  3 Rounds for Time

    *10 Handstand Push-ups, Run 200m  3 Rounds for Time

    *5 Push-ups, 5 Squats, 5 Sit-ups  20 Rounds for Time

    *10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 sets of sit-ups and a 100-meter sprint between each set.
