7 power cleans 185/105,

13 roof balls

(P1 does round 1, P2 does round 2, P1 does round 3, continue alternating rounds between partners until you finish 9 total(combined),then……

15 front squats 185/105(p1 and p2 must do 15 reps EACH. 30 total), then

9 rounds:

7 plate burpees 25/10,

13 double lateral hops 12 inch,18 inch

(same alternating round scheme between partners as the above 9 round component.), then..

1.07 mile run. Both partners must return together to finish the workout.
