Similar to the week before Thanksgiving, we ramped up the training the past 10 days leading up to your end of the year festivities. That was a tough, tough week but you guys smashed through it as usual. Tremendous work.  From December 26th until 2013, we are going to try and take advantage of the extra calories you will be consuming. By lifting. Lifting Heavy. The first 30 minutes of every class will be set aside for a couple heavy lifts and/or Olympic lifting(practice, technique, etc).  So eat up and lets bring this big ol brick building down.
