Chip away at this work out, if you are efficient at TTB move quickly through this and break them up early. If the weights are too close to 1 rep efforts, drop to weights you can possibly touch and go or rip off quick singles with. Modifying TTB to hanging knee raises or Vups or lying leg lifts, the reps will increase to 35 across. If you are still working on double unders perform 25 double unders instead of 50. or perform 100 singles.
