WOD Details:

Chip, chip, chip awayyyy for those that will go at this RX. For those that will need to modify this work out, for TTB, use hanging knee raises or v-ups, psn use a lighter weight where quick singles can be done, for the pull ups use ring rows, and do conventional burpees or burpees over the rower. Look to modify the rep scheme to 40-30-20-10-5.
