Go at this work out hard, break the barbell up if needed on the Thrusters into a minimum of two sets on the 27-21, try to go unbroken on the 15-12-9.
a. 25-21-15-12-9 DUS, RX reps thrusters at a lighter weight, RX rep scheme sit ups
b. 100-80-60-40-20 singles
RX weight thrusters or lighter weight, RX rep scheme sit ups or use the same rep scheme as the thrusters.
