Max Effort Wall Walks for 1 minute

Max Effort Burpees for 1 minute

Max Effort Toes to Bar for 1 minute

then

Max Effort Squat Jumps for 1 minute

1 minute rest

then

Max Effort L-Sit (hold top of dip position between two boxes/benches, plates on the floor or rings). *Every 15 seconds held is 1 rep

*Score is total reps of all 5 exercises combined each round.
