20 minutes to build up in weight find a challenging weight for the day
30 Hang Snatches 75/55
30 Power Snatches 135/95
30 Squat Snatches 165/115
*the first two sets of snatches can be power, last set of snatches are squat*
For modification purposes use a lighter load, for the first set utilize a weight that can be done in 1-2 sets, increased to a loading that you can manage some touch an go reps or quick singles then for the final weight utiilize a weight where you are hitting a lift every 10-15 seconds.
