*aim to go as heavy as the percentage calls for and use 1 weight across for all sets
2 Rounds For Time:
25 Power Snatch 95/65
75 Double Unders
utilize a weight on the snatch that will allow for 1-3 sets on the first round and 2-3 sets on the second. manage your rest with 10-15 seconds between and push the double unders if you are efficient at them. IF you are still struggling with linking the doubles but have a combo of singles an double perform 50 doubles. OR modify to 150 singles and practice doubles post wod.
