5 Minute Max Effort Row for Meters

5 Minute Rest Between Rounds

*set rower for a 5 minute interval with 5 minute rest if you are doing it alone, if you are partnered up set up the intervals with 5 minutes of work with 10 second break for your partner to hop on and do their 5 minutes of work.*

*use your first round to bench mark how hard you can push the 5 minute time limit. Try not to drop beyond 30-50 meters through out the other 4 rounds*
