In Teams of 4:

200 – 100′ Sled Pushes (4 – 45’s/2 – 45’s)

200 – 100′ Farmers Carries (53/35)

Every 5 minutes, STOP and all run 400m.

Teams can divide the work however they wish with two people working at the same time, one on the sled and one on the farmers carry. Two will be resting but ready to swap in when needed. Keep rotating and transition quick so sled or KB’s don’t stop moving for long.
