50 Lateral Hops Over Hurdle (50 each side) – Add 50 for each additional person

45 Air Squats – Add 45 for each additional person

40 Push Ups – Add 40 for each additional person

35 Sit Ups – Add 35 for each additional person

60 Second Plank (performed together)

250m Row – Add 250 for each additional person

20 Stationary Reverse Lunges each leg – Add 20 for each additional person

15 Burpees – Add 15 for each additional person
