Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Burpess over Box 30/24″

10 Pistols, alternating (scale: pistols to bench or box)

50 DU’s (scale: 100 singles)

*Partner 1 will do a complete round, then partner 2 will do a complete round, etc. Continue alternating rounds until 10 min cap.

Row for max calories in 10 minutes

Switch Partners every 20 cals for men /15 cals for women
