1 minute Length of Room Suicide Sprints

1 minute Toes to Bar (mod: Knees above hip)

1 minute Rest

*P1 is on rower, P2 is on Wall Balls, P3 is on Burpees, P4 is on Suicide Sprints. Continue to rotate (“following the leader”) until everyone has completed all 5 exercises, then everyone will rest together on the 6th minute. If you can keep track of reps, great, but if not just focus on giving each exercise your all!
