push hard on the wall balls, unbroken or 2 sets if possible through out this work out, use a lighter wall ball to achieve proper depth and height of target. for modifying the pull ups, jumping pull ups or ring rows same rep scheme will work for today. Hang Power clean weight should be a weight you can do the movement for an unbroken set of 10 for all 4 rounds. go hard and use the 90 seconds of rest as a needed recovery.
