Wod Details:

Those that are going RX move fast and efficiently and see if you can hang on to the bar the whole time for the first 3 rounds. look to possibly break it up into a minimum of two sets after that. For modifying this work out, use a lighter load that will be do able for 1-3 rounds of unbroken barbell movement. The goal would be to complete burpees pick the bar up and proceed through the hang power cleans and STO with out putting the bar down in the transition of hang power clean to STO.
