WOD Details: Keep a good pace on the row and go for big sets on the hang cleans. The weight is supposed be on the lighter side to move quickly. Modify this work out by using a weight that allows for proper depth on the squat of the hang clean. Decrease the rep scheme to 21-15-9-6 or 15-12-9-6 depending on athletes exposure to Crossfit.
