this work out be sure to use reps that are sustainable enough to make it for the entire 30 minutes. do not turn this into an emom if you can not complete work but take that minute off or an entire round to recover and then continue. modify by using abmat sit ups and perform 20 abmatsit ups and perfomr for the double under scale 1 minute worth of practice try to avoid singles if you have been doing those a lot lately, or just modify to 90 singles
