Wod details:

Aim to do the pull ups unbroken or in at least 2 sets. If you are struggling with dus, modify the rep scheme to one you can do in less than a minute or perform 110 singles, utilize a weight on the wall ball that will have you achieve proper depth and appropriate target height. IF newer to crossfit consider decreasing the rounds and or reps and modifying the pull ups to ring rows or jumping pull ups if needed.
