1) 20m to nowhere(on third floor):
Emom: 20m sprint(1 rep). Add a 20m sprint every minute. Start with 2 reps. 
Example:
Minute 1- 20m sprint down, 20m sprint back(2 reps)
Minute 2- 20m down, 20m back, 20m down(3 reps)
Minute 3- 20m down, 20m back, 20m down, 20m back(4 reps) 
Minute 4- 20m down, 20m back, 20m down, 20m back, 20m down(5 reps)
-and so on until you can’t complete the rep number you worked up to in the 1 minute time frame.  

2) 12 minute amrap:
20 hang squat cleans 95/65
20 hang squat cleans 135/85
20 power cleans 165/105
20 power cleans 205/125
20 power cleans 225/145 

3) 12 minutes:

Practice something.
