2 rounds:

30 pullups
25 bodyweight backsquats
200m walking lunge
15 bodyweight deadlifts
10 hspus 
5 bodyweight power cleans 

– Guys: take your barbell for the bodyweight backsquats from the ground. 
– you only use 1 barbell for this workout. Scale the weight as needed. You can only take weight off the barbell for the power cleans if you need to. No more than 20 percent.
