In Teams of 2 for 10 Rounds (5 each):

~20 Single Arm KB Swings (10L/10R) to Eye Level 53/35 (do these in back room)

~16 Pushups w/ Twist (8 each side) – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b27ZGq3Wxo4 (do these in back room)

~Broad Jump Length of Gym Floor (in main room from back of room towards whiteboards)

~Handstand Walk back Length of Gym Floor (in main room from whiteboards towards back of room) – scale will be 40 second handstand hold or 40 second high plank hold

P1 will complete one full round, then P2 will complete one full round. Continue to alternate for 10 total rounds.
